Aluminium Extrusion

Aluminium extrusion is one of our core competencies. We offer extruded aluminum section, profiles and parts in a range of alloys, from AL2000 series up to AL7075. We provide prototypes and low volume production quantities. The aluminum extrusion will be made by using the traditional method of forcing hot metal (not molten) through a custom made die at a controlled pressure. Complex fixed cross sectional profiles are normal for this process. In China, this service is very cost competitive compared to the service offered by western aluminum extrusion companies. We can also provide single prototypes and very small quantities if required.  A wide range of post machining process and surface treatments can be used to achieve your final products including, precision CNC machining and anodizing in a range of colours. In addition to post machining and anodizing we can also do bead blasting and laser etching to give your product a customized high end look.

If only a very small quantity of extruded material is required, we offer a quick and cost effective alternative to extrusion. In China, there are some fast speed wire cutting EDM machines that are much cheaper to buy and operate than the precision wire cutting machines we are familiar with in the west. These machines are capable of producing an excellent substitute for extruded parts in very small quantities. The maximum length that can be produced is 800mm.
